Dance Technique Course: Flying Low & Composition Intensive

Friday 22. August at 14:30 - Sunday 24. August at 17:30

Studio open half an hour before beginning of session

Tartu Tantsuakadeemia (Narva mnt 2, Tartu)

Focus: Floor technique development and finding new tools for creating composition.

Flying Low is a technique developed by David Zambrano that enhances effective physical movement – how to enter and exit the floor smoothly, using the whole body and spiral patterns. Classes include exercises focused on breathing and spatial awareness, partner work, and dynamic movement phrases.

In the composition classes, we use patterns learned through Flying Low to explore phrases, pauses, and group work principles. The aim is to create, experiment, and expand your movement expression possibilities.

Each participant will receive 15 hours of quality training and inspiration for future exploration.
