Collision Invitational – Portsmouth Premier Submission Grappling Invitational
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of tickets to attend the Collision Invitational, Portsmouth’s premier submission grappling event. By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to the Event, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the Event is cancelled by the organizers.
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket (digital or printed). Each ticket admits one (1) person.
Tickets may not be resold above face value. Event organizers reserve the right to void tickets suspected of being resold or counterfeited.
2. Age & Supervision
Spectators under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children under [Insert Age, e.g., 5] may enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult, but must remain supervised at all times.
3. Conduct & Behaviour
All spectators must behave respectfully toward athletes, staff, officials, and other guests.
Disorderly conduct, including harassment, intoxication, foul language, or aggressive behaviour, may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
No heckling or interfering with matches, competitors, or officials will be tolerated.
4. Venue Rules
Bags are subject to search at the entrance. Prohibited items include weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances, and any item deemed unsafe by security staff.
No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
Outside food or drink may be restricted based on venue policy. Please check posted notices or inquire in advance.
5. Media & Photography
By attending the Event, you grant permission to Collision Invitational to record and use your likeness in video, photography, and media materials for promotional and commercial purposes.
Personal photography and video are permitted from seating areas, provided it does not obstruct others or involve professional equipment.
Livestreaming or broadcasting the Event without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Accessibility & Safety
The venue aims to accommodate guests with accessibility needs. If you require special assistance, please contact us in advance.
In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions from Event staff and venue personnel.
7. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Event schedule, card, and matchups are subject to change without notice.
If the Event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public safety, illness), ticket holders will be notified and informed of refund or rescheduling options.
8. Liability Waiver
Attendance at a combat sports event involves inherent risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with being a spectator at a grappling event.
You agree to release Collision Invitational, event organizers, sponsors, staff, athletes, and the venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during your attendance.
9. Privacy Policy
We may collect basic information during ticket purchase for event communication and security purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside the event's operational needs.
10. Agreement
By purchasing or using a ticket to attend Collision Invitational, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
