What’s a ceilidh?
A ceilidh (pronounced "kay-lee") is a traditional Scottish social gathering that revolves around music and dancing. With a live band playing energetic tunes, a caller will guide participants through a variety of group dances—no prior experience needed! Ceilidhs are all about fun, laughter, and bringing people together, making them the perfect way to connect with others while trying something new.

What to expect

  • Dance Lessons: Never ceilidh danced before? Don’t worry! Our friendly band will teach you the steps, so you’ll be reeling and spinning with confidence in no time.
  • Traditional Scottish Food: Indulge in some Scottish classics, including veggie haggis, neeps, and tatties. Our bar will serving drinks all evening long!
  • Live Music: The Hoggies, a Brussels-based Scottish band, will provide the soundtrack to the evening.
