Christmas Day Menu

Starter:
SMOKED SALMON filled with cream cheese and prawns set on a bed of rocket leaves finished with lemon and dill
FRENCH ONION SOUP served with cheese en croute (v)
HAM HOCK & PEA TERRINE with piccalilli and fresh crusty bread
WARM TOMATO, GOATS CHEESE & BASIL TART with a sweet balsamic glaze (v)

MANGO SORBET to cleanse the palate

Main:
ROAST TURKEY with traditional accompaniments and roasted pan juices
ROASTED STRIPLOIN OF BEEF with a freshly baked Yorkshire Pudding and red wine gravy
FILLET OF TROUT set on a saffron herb potato cake with creamed leeks
GNOCCHI IN A FRESH TOMATO SAUCE with wild mushrooms, vine tomatoes, mozzarella and finished with micro herbs (v)

Dessert:
DARK & WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD & BUTTER PUDDING with butterscotch sauce and banana ice cream
