1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or participating in the Bridgerton-Inspired Christmas Ball (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend or participate in the Event.
2. Event Details
Date: Saturday 13th December 2025
Time: From 6pm - Midnight
Venue: Tottenham Town Hall, Town Hall Approach Road, London N15 4RY

3. Charitable Purpose
Fundraising Event in Aid of Tottenham Food Bank. Net proceeds from, donations, auctions, raffles, and other fundraising activities at the Event will be donated to the chosen charity. The Organiser is committed to ensuring that 100% of donations collected go directly to the designated charity The Tottenham Food Bank, after deducting reasonable and necessary event expenses including venue costs, catering, entertainment, and event production.
4. Ticket Purchase and Entry
• Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
• Proof of purchase may be required for entry to the Event.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms of Service or engages in inappropriate conduct.
• Attendees must be over 16 years of age
5. Donations
• All donations made at the Event are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
• Donations are final and non-refundable.
• The Organiser makes no guarantee regarding the tax treatment of any donation and recommends consulting with a tax professional.
6. Auctions and Raffles
• All auction and raffle sales are final.
• Winners are responsible for collecting their items/prizes before the end of the Event or arranging pickup/delivery as instructed by the Organiser.
• The Organiser is not responsible for any defects, damages, or issues with auction items or raffle prizes.
7. Code of Conduct
Attendees agree to:
• Behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, volunteers, and venue personnel
• Comply with all venue rules and regulations
• Refrain from illegal activities, consumption or substance use and including excessive alcohol misuse.
• Dress in accordance with any stated dress code
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.
8. Photography and Media
By attending the Event, you grant the Organiser permission to photograph, film, and record your attendance and to use such media for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials, without compensation.
9. Liability and Assumption of Risk
• Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
• The Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property that may occur during the Event.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings.
• The Organiser maintains appropriate insurance but is not responsible for incidents beyond its reasonable control.
10. Cancellation or Postponement
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
• In the event of cancellation, the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and may offer refunds, event rescheduling, or donation conversion at its discretion.
11. Alcohol Service
• Alcohol will be served to attendees 18 years and older with valid identification.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse service to any attendee and to limit alcohol consumption.
• Attendees are encouraged to arrange safe transportation and are responsible for their conduct.
12. Personal Information
The Organiser collects personal information for event management and communication purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the Event or as required by law.
13. Modifications
The Organiser reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Event website and will apply to all attendees.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
