Unlimited Masala Chai all through the evening
First Course: Chaat-cuterie with our signature Cold-Brewed Tea (Our take on charcuterie board, Indian Street food- a playful burst of texture and taste to awaken the palate)
Second Course: Dabeli(A beloved street food buttery pav filled with sweet and spicy potatoes, toasted peanuts, tangy chutneys, pomegranate and sev)
Third Course: Soy-e-khaas Biryani with choice of drink (Fragrant dum-cooked basmati biryani layered with delicately spiced soya chunks, caramelised onions, aromatic whole spices and saffron, served with a cooling raita)
Fourth Course: Meethai: A celebratory selection of Indian mithai, bringing together familiar festive flavours in a modern Chai Culture style~ delicate, fragrant and just the right amount of indulgent.
