Veino's Wine Thursday: Chablis with Patrick Piuze & Domaine de l’Enclos

Welcome back to Veino’s Wine Thursday and a trip through Chablis. This time, Vinorama is back in the house to explore Burgundy’s most thrilling white wine region through the lens of two exceptional, yet distinct producers.

Patrick Piuze, the terroir-obsessed master, brings electric tension and classic minerality. Domaine de l'Enclos, a brilliant organic estate, offers richer, low-intervention purity. Across eight bottles, we will climb the hierarchy from vibrant Village wines to the sheer power of Grand Cru. Along the way, we'll taste the stark contrasts between the steely, classic 2021 vintage and the sunnier, generous 2019 and 2022s.

The event is hosted in Tallinn Old Town's most iconic and colourful wine bar, Veino, and lasts about 1.5-2 hours. 8 x 7.5 cl of wines, snacks, introductions & good vibes included - this is not a masterclass, just a fun way to discover various nuances of a legendary wine region!

PS: The event is in Estonian, but participation in English is possible with some translation on the fly ... or ... if the whole room agrees, the event might be in English;)
