About the Organiser
Established in 2007, Smartwork Association (NGO) stands for smart and contemporary work practices. Our goal is to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of Estonia's job market to better meet the demands coming from the external environment—such as globalization, technological advancements, changes in employee expectations, and increased competition for talent.
With a long-standing commitment to organizing free IT reskilling programs under a branch called smartworkacademy.com, the association has helped more than 700 individuals transition their careers to tech. This is done by organising different reskilling programs (Work in Tech, Women in Tech Telia, etc) as well as organising events that introduce career possibilities in IT and provide networking opportunities for aspiring tech professionals.
