Does anxiety catch you off guard when you least expect it?
This workshop is designed for neurodivergent individuals who experience high levels of anxiety. You’ll learn how different breathing techniques, including controlled breath-holding, can help manage anxiety and guide you on a short meditative journey.
Vira Olevskaja is Ukrainian champion in freediving, master of holding breath under stress. She gives breathold and freediving courses for all levels.
