The British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (BECC) is pleased to invite its members and partners to an exclusive factory visit to Neo Performance Materials’ state-of-the-art facility in Estonia.
Located in Narva, Neo’s plant is Europe’s first large-scale rare earth magnet manufacturing facility, playing a critical role in strengthening regional supply chains for advanced materials. These magnets are essential components in electric vehicles, wind turbines, robotics, and other technologies driving the global transition toward clean energy and digitalisation.
During the visit, participants will gain unique insights into the production processes behind high-performance rare earth magnets and the strategic importance of this facility for Europe’s industrial future. The site represents a significant investment in innovation and sustainability, contributing to the development of a resilient, local supply of critical materials.
The program will include an introduction to Neo Performance Materials, a guided tour of the facility, and opportunities for discussion and networking with industry professionals.
