BECC: Christmas Reception

You are cordially invited to attend The British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce Traditional Christmas Reception on the 10th of December. Join us for a night of good food, Christmas spirit, and our last event of this calendar year.

Dust off your nice shoes, put on your jewels, or come in your favorite Christmas-themed jumper - that choice is ultimately up to you. One thing however is guaranteed - a holly-jolly mood with the best company, food, entertainment, and enlightening speeches.

Menu (Buffet):

Aperitifs

• Welcome drink

Starters:

• Homemade bread and flavored butter
• Duck breast, roasted beetroot, mixed greens, Cherry-balsamico sauce
• Feta cheese, onion jam, crostini (L; G)

Mains

• Slow-cooked beef cheek in Cherry sauce
• White Fish in lemongrass-white wine sauce
• Truffled potato gratin
  Roasted vegetables
• Baked sweet potato with oven-olive and pomegranate seed filling, bulgur

Dessert

• Blueberry Creme Brulee, berry compote
• Chocolate brownie, caramel sauce, amaretto raspberries

Drinks

• Coffee, tea and ice water
• 2 classes of wine (red, white) or 2 beers per person

Please note if you can not make it after booking a ticket please let the BECC know! Tickets are limited and the costs are fixed so non-attenders' food will go to waste!
