Presentation on the nearest architecture and urban planning competitions – opportunities for Baltic professionals (Pēteris Ratas, Riga City Architect)

15:00 – 16:00 Presentation and discussion “Saviors of the city: rich families, mass concrete housing and homeless people?” (Helena Klintström, Sweden)
(How to attract suburban families back to the city center? What can Riga learn from Sweden, which transformed large-scale housing estates from the 60s and 70s? Rethinking the role of the homeless in the city – can we create spaces and housing for the homeless that create value for the entire city?)
