Thursday 12. June at 20:00 - 21:30
The Wall Comedy, Berlin
New to Berlin? New to Germany? New to Europe? Adjusting to life in a new country is an adventure—one full of culture shocks, awkward misunderstandings, and moments that make you question everything.
This show gets it.
In this work-in-progress edition, the show dives into those messy, real, and often funny moments with brand-new material, evolving bits, and more!.
Join a comedian who left New York City with nothing but a carry-on suitcase and a dream, only to find himself hilariously lost in Germany, across Europe, and in the quirks of a new life abroad. From learning to love (or tolerate) German bureaucracy to the strange joys of European small talk, this show is for anyone who’s ever had to Google:
❓ How do I make friends in Berlin?
❓ How to learn German without embarrassing myself?
❓ What’s the deal with Germans and paperwork?
Whether you're an expat, an immigrant, or just trying to make sense of life in a new country, American-ish Immigrant is your chance to laugh about it all.
