We warmly invite you to join us on April 30, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM for Riga Business School Alumni Day—a special opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas, and explore how leadership must evolve in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world.

This year, we turn our focus to the future of leadership—diving into the skills, tools, and ideas that will shape the next generation of leaders and drive impact across organizations and societies.

In this panel discussion, top-level executives from education, food production, logistics, and construction will share diverse perspectives on the capabilities and approaches that matter most in a rapidly changing business environment. Together, we will explore Latvia’s strengths, the areas it needs to highlight, and the aspects that require improvement from a global competitiveness perspective.
