Join Reiki Masters Ari and Jill for a morning of deep rest and relaxation.

These sessions are a great space to step away from stresses and demands of life. Dedicating time entirely to yourself, to slow down, switch off and simply receive.

We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by a group Reiki session, where everyone receives individual hands on Reiki while resting comfortably in a calm and peaceful environment. You don't need any experience with meditation or Reiki. Simply get comfortable, relax and enjoy the experience.

Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply rested, while others simply appreciate having uninterrupted time to be still and looked after. Afterwards, you're very welcome to stay for a chat and connect with others, or quietly head home feeling restored.

Choose the ticket that's right for you. Each option includes entry to the session, with different comfort levels to suit your preference.

£25 – Essential Stillness
Bring your own yoga mat, pillow and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

£35 – Ready to Rest
Your ticket includes a cushioned mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye mask and a cushion for your feet.

£40 – Luxury Rest
Everything included in the Ready to Rest package, plus a comfortable airbed for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Doors open at 10.30am. Bring along a blanket, pillow and mat to get comfortable and settle in for some time just for you. An extra pillow under your knees can add to your comfort. Please bring blankets to keep you warm as your body temperature can drop during meditation.

Or if you choose a Ready to Rest or Luxury Rest ticket, there’s no need to bring any of the above - we’ll have everything set up and ready for you when you arrive.

There is no parking at the venue, please allow around 15 minutes extra time to park and find your way to the venue, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the area. 

You can find us either by following the signs from the main reception area or accessing the side door (opposite the Trinity Theatre) which will be open close to our start time.
