18th Biennial ERGOMAS Conference 2026

Welcome to the registration site for the 18th Biennial ERGOMAS Conference 2026.

The 18th Biennial ERGOMAS Conference will be hosted by the King Frederik Center for Public Leadership at the Department of Political Science, Aarhus University, Denmark. The conference runs from the 31st of May to the 4th of June, 2026.

Early bird registration is available until the 19th of April, with a fee of 150 EUR for students (including PhD scholars) and 300 EUR for non-students. From the 20th of April to the 10th of May, the registration fee will be 200 EUR for students and 400 EUR for non-students.
 
If you have had more than one proposal accepted for the conference, you only need to register and pay once, of course.

Please note that in the event of overbooking, priority will be given to presenting authors. Any payments made by participants who cannot be accommodated will be fully refunded. 

The sessions and allocation of papers will be organised at a later stage. A draft programme will be circulated no later than the 14th of May. Yet, we already know that paper presentations and panel sessions will take place Monday through Wednesday (June 1st-3rd).
