YAO COMMUNITY GATHERING

Once a month we come together to connect, share and create, witness and letting ourselves be witnessed in who we are within and without. Feeling the beauty and magic of community.

On this full moon HAMSA Yoga is opening their doors for us.
The intention is to gather with the healing medicine of community, being together and showing ourselves in our strengths and weaknesses, and to connect from a place of presence, truth and playfulness.

Our newest YAO healing members Clarissa Luisa and Marc Backs are weaving their gifts into this beautiful get together. After starting with a light authentic relating practice by me, Marc will create a space to experience yourself in your conscious feelings, with an emphasis on sacred rage, allowing you to discover your inner strength and fire. After tapping into your source of infinite energy, Clarissa will guide you through a colorful journey of voice and dance liberation (Dancesing). After a soft landing we will have a shared potluck buffet to chill and connect <3

Please bring your favorite vegan dish for our potluck buffet at the end of the event. We will provide high grade organic and fair-trade raw cacao.
