Arashk Azizi is an Iranian composer and pianist of classical music, based in Tallinn Estonia. he will perform his second album, Piano Sonata in C minor for the first time in Estonia, as the opening act of this concert. This sonata is in six movements based on a story that is not given to the audience and it is up to them to imagine what they like with the piece. this concert also has the world premier to some tracks of Azizi's latest compositions, Variations on Persian themes which are Persian folklore tunes arranged for classical piano. the complete Album will be available to download and stream soon. at the end of the performance, Arashk is going to play some familiar adagio pieces from his classical repertoire.

Arashk Azizi's music can be categorized within romantic era pieces, but he is also under the influence of classical, modern, soundtrack and rock music. Beethoven, Stravinsky, Mahler, and Berlioz have the most influence on his music. The accent and taste of Persian music can be heard in Azizi's works. it makes his music sound exotic, especially for a western listener. he also composed several film music and always believes in narrative music. he has four published albums that are available for download and stream on iTunes and Spotify.
