Raul Vaigla (EE) will perform at the Viljandi Guitar Festival on October 21.
Estonian bass legend Raul Vaigla, who has played in significant bands that have influenced the Estonian music landscape, such as Radar, the BOS project and, of course, Ultima Thule, turns 60 years old. Next year will mark the 20th anniversary of the release of his first solo album “Soul of Bass”, to celebrate the occasion, songs from this album will be presented at the Viljandi Guitar Festival concert. In 2012, Vaigla released a textbook and the DVD "Become a Bass Player in Six Months". In 2019, the Vaigla received the 5th class Order of the White Star from president Kersti Kaljulaid.
Raul will perform at the Viljandi concert with his long-time Finnish friends. At the concert you can enjoy the composition of:
