Please bring your own cushion, eye pillow, and some water for your best comfort.

Please arrive on time and avoid being late, as late-comers cannot be admitted.

Session starts 12:15 sharp for at least 1,5hr, so please arrive 12:00 latest
After group session we do 121 voluntary 1/2min with root chakra 22inches/54cmm bowl, picture below.

There is no reception desk in the mansion and once the session is in flow I can't admit anybody in. Therefore, please be punctual.
