FIRE, EARTH & WATER
Join Wilder Kitchen with food artist Nicoló Pagnanelli for our workshop and meal based around the themes of elemental cooking. Working with the elements of fire, earth and water we appreciate how our food is grown, nourished and then prepared into delicious food offerings. Join during the day to have the experience of forming bread into vessels to cook vegetables, getting experimental with fire as a catalyst for food, and gain wisdom on how to cook over flames. Join in the evening for a long table meal where we share the dishes that were alchemised during the day.
The events are open to all and children and families welcome. The events take place at the community garden of Losaeter. All food provided is based upon the plants growing during this season and is accessible for vegetarians, and vegans.

Nicolò Pagnanelli is a gastronome and food artist exploring how food and cooking can become ways of encountering, understanding and representing landscape. Through foraging, fermentation, baking and cooking, he works with the plants, microorganisms, materials and processes of a place, exploring seasonality, biodiversity, decay and transformation.
With a background in Gastronomic Sciences, his work spans fermentation research and education, culinary practice, baking and brewing. He founded Spontaneus Lab in 2018, developing research and workshops around fermentation, microbial biodiversity and spontaneous plants. He is currently based in Copenhagen, where he bakes and cooks at Riviera and forages and supplies seasonal wild ingredients.
Together, we will light fires and ovens, explore the garden for ingredients, crops and herbs, and transform what we find through heat and flame into a small collective feast that we will prepare together and share around the common table.
