Join me for a guided Herbal Walk through the landscapes of Bergen, where we’ll explore the wild plants growing at our feet and learn how to recognise, harvest, and use them with confidence.
As we walk together, you’ll learn:
How to confidently identify safe, common medicinal plants
Key identifying features and habitats
Traditional and modern herbal uses
Flavour profiles. Earthy and bitter to floral and bright
Ethical and sustainable foraging practices
All plants introduced on the walk are carefully chosen for their clear identification features and lack of dangerous look-alikes, so you can feel safe and grounded in your learning.
Tea Blending Experience
During the walk, you’ll gather inspiration (and depending on the season, small amounts of herbs) to create your own personalised tea blend. You’ll learn how to combine plants:
For specific health-supporting qualities
For flavour balance and enjoyment
For daily ritual and seasonal support
You’ll leave with the knowledge to continue foraging mindfully and the confidence to craft your own herbal teas at home. Teas for nourishment, wellbeing, or simple pleasure.
This is a gentle, educational hike designed to awaken your senses and deepen your relationship with the wild abundance growing around you.
