SoloLand returns on April 7th. After the first gathering and the beautiful feedback we received from you, we’re opening this space again, with the familiar cuddle space, and a new workshop and artist.
This evening is a space for the brave, the curious, and the solo-hearted. A space for those who are open to making new connections, whether it’s a new friend, a dance partner, or maybe even a new lover. This means you join the event without a partner.
The invitation:
We want to create a space where you can be your full, authentic self, while also respecting the people around you and their boundaries. We begin the evening by sharing a warm, vegan meal and mingling, then gather to create some group agreements on how we can create a more attuned and respectful space together. After the consent talk, two workshops will take place at the same time, giving you the opportunity to connect through movement and embodied exercises. Once the workshops are finished, we dive into the music and connect through dance. From there, you can choose where you want to be.

🫂Thomas will ground the room in consent, care, and clear boundaries. He creates a container where slowness is welcome, where listening is as important as touching, and where curiosity can unfold without pressure. From there, we open into the familiar cuddle puddle – a soft space for resting, leaning, holding, being held, or simply being close in your own way. Touch is always by choice. Everything is optional.
🌀Liv invites you into a playful, embodied exploration of energy, pleasure, and connection. Through gentle movement, shaking, and guided breathwork, we’ll awaken the body’s natural flow and open space for deeper sensation. You’ll be introduced to simple tools to access waves of energy in the body, inviting relaxation, vitality, and presence. We’ll softly land with eye-gazing and conscious hugging, creating space for connection and integration.
🪩After the workshops, Jay, Mashti resident DJ, known for immersive, groovy sets blending downtempo and house, will take you onto the dance floor. Drawing from the burner community, his storytelling approach creates emotional journeys and evolving soundscapes that support deeper connection.
The Principals:
Radical Self-Reliance
You’re invited to show up as your full self, with what you need to feel grounded and free. Bring what supports you, and move through the night with care and presence.
Radical Self-Expression
This is a space to express your truth, through movement, clothing, or quiet presence. There’s no right way to show up, only your way.
Communal Effort
This is a shared space. Your energy matters. Come with respect, openness, and the intention to contribute to the collective field. Every small act, cleaning after yourself, offering a smile, shapes the energy we share.
Civic Responsibility
We co-create this space with care, for ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Respect the space, respect boundaries, and take responsibility for your actions. If you feel overwhelmed, take a break, don’t hesitate to find one of our support team, or move to resource yourself.
Boundaries
Become aware of your “YES,” and “NO,” and honor them moment to moment. Respect others’ boundaries, even if they change. We celebrate clear communication and empowered choices.
Important Notes:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
Please bring your water bottle and non-alcoholic beverage, but please avoid anything with strong red color (such as plum or pomegranate juice).
See you soon! <3
