Tirsdag 3. februar klokken 17:30 - 21:00
Doors open from 17:00, please arrive before 17:20
Mashti Community, Oslo
Please check the ticket confirmation email for practical information.
Psychedelic experiences can give profound insights and important learnings. Sometimes the practical implications of the insights are clear, and sometimes they are not. If we do not integrate these insights properly, they will eventually fade.
In this group, we will work on integrating previous psychedelic experiences, to support your practical implication of the insights and learnings they may have brought. Participants will bring with them previous experiences that they want to work on, this is not a group for exploring new psychedelic experiences.
In this group we will first connect and have a group sharing, before you will be supported in working with your own experience to process it and learn from it. We will work with different types of somatic, creative and expressive exercises, before we close with a group sharing.
The group will have a maximum of 16 participants, to support confidentiality and trust in the group for connecting and sharing. The circle will last 3,5 hours.
We welcome both gentle and challenging experiences into this circle, while remembering that this is a shared space and not a clinical setting. This group is for integration and reflection, not for crisis support or trauma therapy. We ask everyone to share with care and awareness of how their words may land, so that the space can remain supportive and respectful for all.
