WORKSHOP: The Honest Conversation — Communication & Agreements in Ethical Non-Monogamy

If there's one thing that makes or breaks ethical non-monogamy, it's the quality of the conversations you're willing to have.

This workshop goes deep on the practical side of ENM: how to talk about needs without managing the other person's reaction, how to build agreements that fit your actual life (not a template you found online), and what to do when an agreement breaks down.

No relationship style is immune to avoidance, assumptions, or the fear of asking for what you actually want. We'll practise the real conversations.

• Expressing needs vs. making requests vs. setting limits — the difference matters
• How to build agreements: what to cover, what to leave open, and how to revisit them
• Renegotiation: what to do when something stops working
• Practise sessions: real conversation scenarios in small groups

Anyone navigating ENM relationships or considering them — whether you're newly exploring or years in and looking to sharpen your communication. No prior attendance in this series is required.

A practice-heavy session. Expect to talk with people you may not know well. Bring your real questions — the ones you haven't asked yet.

Cloudy is a warm, grounded presence in our community. Having lived in ENM relationships for over a decade, he brings depth, lived experience, and empathetic guidance into his workshops. Over the years he has supported many community members with openness, trust, and gentle curiosity. His way of holding space helps participants feel seen, supported, and understood.
