WORKSHOP: Unlearning - Foundations of Ethical Non-Monogamy

Most of us were handed a single story about relationships. One partner, one path, one set of rules. This workshop is an invitation to examine that story before building a new one.

We'll explore what ethical non-monogamy actually is (as opposed to what pop culture says it is), the spectrum of relationship structures people live within, and most importantly, how to use your own values and needs as a compass rather than someone else's template.

This is not a workshop about convincing you to do anything differently. It's about expanding what you know is possible, and giving you language and frameworks to make conscious choices.

— What we'll cover —
• The landscape of ENM: open relationships, polyamory, relationship anarchy, and everything in between
• Monogamy and its assumptions: where they came from, and what's worth keeping
• Needs vs. rules: how to know what you actually want
• Consent, ethics, and what "ethical" really means in practice
• Q&A and small-group reflection

— Who this is for —
People curious about ENM, people already practicing it who want a clearer foundation, and people in monogamous relationships who simply want to understand the landscape. No prior experience needed.

— Format —
Mix of short teaching moments, pair conversations, and open group discussion. 15–30 participants.

— Facilitator —
