How to Survive Polyamory: Jealousy

🌿 Navigating Jealousy in Polyamory 🌿
A Workshop on Emotional Awareness and Connection

Jealousy is often described as the biggest challenge in polyamory, yet it can also be one of our greatest teachers. In this session we explore jealousy as a signal rather than something to push away. Through guided tools, personal reflection, and shared dialogue, we learn how to meet this emotion with curiosity, compassion, and skill.

✨ What we’ll explore together ✨
x Self-regulation practices that support the body
x Transforming comparison into compassion
x Strategies for offering kindness to ourselves when emotions feel intense
x Open discussion and community wisdom sharing

This workshop blends practical exercises with supportive conversation. You’re welcome to join on your own, as a couple, or as a constellation of any kind. No prior experience with non-monogamy is required.
