This fall we invite you to join two interactive workshops exploring the joys and challenges of non-monogamy, designed to provide practical tools, emotional awareness, and community support for those navigating non-monogamous relationships.

// October 16th – How to Survive Polyamory: Jealousy and Ways to Be Kinder to Yourselves //

Jealousy is often seen as the biggest challenge in polyamory, but it can also be a powerful teacher. In this session we will explore jealousy as a signal, not a problem to suppress. Together we will practice tools for self-regulation, ways to transform comparison into compassion, and strategies for showing kindness to ourselves when emotions feel overwhelming. This workshop offers both personal reflection and shared conversation, helping participants navigate polyamory with resilience and softness.

This workshops will combine practical exercises, open discussions, and supportive sharing. It's open to individuals, couples, and constellations of all kinds, regardless of your level of experience with non-monogamy.

Our workshop holder Claudi is a warm and caring presence in our community. Living in a polyamorous relationship, he brings lived experience, empathy, and grounded wisdom into his workshops on non-monogamy. Over the years, he has supported many community members on their journeys with openness, trust, and curiosity. With a natural ability to listen and teach, Claudi creates a safer space where participants feel seen and understood.
