This fall we invite you to join two interactive workshops exploring the joys and challenges of non-monogamy, designed to provide practical tools, emotional awareness, and community support for those navigating non-monogamous relationships.
//September 18th – Before, During, and After: How to Create Sustainable Non-monogamous Relationships //
This session focuses on building strong foundations for polyamory. We will look at the stages of relationships—before entering them, while living them, and when they change or end. Through guided exercises and group reflections, you will learn how to set boundaries, communicate your needs, and cultivate healthy dynamics that last. Whether you are new to polyamory or have years of experience, this workshop will help you approach relationships with more clarity, confidence, and care.
This workshops will combine practical exercises, open discussions, and supportive sharing. It's open to individuals, couples, and constellations of all kinds, regardless of your level of experience with non-monogamy.
Our workshop holder Claudi is a warm and caring presence in our community. Living in a polyamorous relationship, he brings lived experience, empathy, and grounded wisdom into his workshops on non-monogamy. Over the years, he has supported many community members on their journeys with openness, trust, and curiosity.
With a natural ability to listen and teach, Claudi creates a safer space where participants feel seen and understood.
//Next workshop will be October 16th – How to Survive Polyamory: Jealousy and Ways to Be Kinder to Yourselves //
