THE KINK LAB

Domination and submission is an energy exchange, a power exchange, a dance where power is the rhythm. In many partner dances, like tango or salsa, one partner surrenders, while the other leads. And as with any skill, ease, and grace comes from learning the foundations, the structure, and the styles.

In this play-lab (not “work”-“shop”), you will learn the basic guiding principles within BDSM, the skills, and the attitude behind the play. From these building blocks, you will be able to continue your exploration, expanding your knowledge at your own pace to find your unique style.

This is a laboratory of touch, where we will explore body sensations and sensuality with an open mind. Kink is not “FORE-play”, it is simply play. It CAN but does not HAVE to lead to erotic arousal. You can go as far as it is comfortable for you. If it gets uncomfortable, see it as an opportunity to practice expressing your boundaries.

Among the topics to be covered are:

– Safety Parameters

– Negotiations & establishing boundaries

– Dominant and submissive archetypes: Roleplays

– Fetishes & Kinky games: The BDSM “Menu”

– Body Awareness & Presence

– Aftercare; the closure of play

– Basic BDSM techniques, including sensation & texture play, spanking & other manual play, and impact (soft and rigid).

Prerequisites: This is an entry-level event. There are no prerequisites to participating, except an open mind and good manners.

We welcome newbies and kink veterans, all genders and sexual orientations.

Couples , poly constellations or singles are welcome. Single participants will be paired up and take turns in leading and surrendering.

! Please be aware we cannot guarantee male-female partners. In fact, it is recommended that you challenge yourself to play with all types of people - even if they don't "turn you on". Remember, you're here to LEARN not to hook up !

What to bring & wear:

– An open mind

– Bottle of water

– If you have a whip/crop/flogger or other kinky toys, bring it, even if you are still unsure how to use it!

– If you don’t own any toys yet, there will be some available for practicing at the workshop.

– Any questions you may have about BDSM & fetish.

– Wear clothes in which you feel comfortable, confident, and sensual. This is not a dress code. It’s to inspire your mindset for the class.

– Swimwear or undergarments*

*As this is an introductory class, genital nudity will not be permitted. However, for the experiential part, stripping down to bra and underpants is encouraged for better skin contact. You may bring swimwear if that feels more comfortable for you.

PRACTICAL INFO:

There will be served snacks & fruit during the workshop and a vegan gluten-free meal between the playshop and the play-party.

There will be a longer break between the playshop and play-party, for relaxing, mingling, and winding down. We will set up a fun boudoir you can use to dress up, or down for the night.

PLAY PARTY by Ingrid // Mistress E

After The Kink Lab, it's time to start exploring what you just learned!

At this play-party, Mistress E will hold space, and be available for any questions, guidance or help you might need. We will have some fun exercises to get the creativity flowing and start connecting with each other. We will have lots of fun toys around the venue for you to explore. If you have any toys sitting at home you would like to test out, now is your chance to bring them!

The play is negotiated & consensual for all partners. You decide with your playpartner(s) , if you want sensual, or more hard-core play, it is all about communication, and consent.

At the party, we have two consent fairies, so if you feel unsafe,or need help, they will be available the whole night.

We have made some ground rules, to keep the party safe, sane and consensual;

• No fucking/ no sucking, we encourage you to stay away from genital-focused play, and explore the rest of the whole body, and tip your toes in energetic sex! So keep your panties on!

• Any play should be agreed upon, consensual, and rules communicated beforehand. This is a great opportunity for you to practice setting boundaries. You are encouraged to explore your FUCK YES, and your HELL NO.

• No drugs or alcohol.

• Dress code as always is whatever you feel comfortable in! That can be anything from your favorite outfit to -almost- naked. We appreciate skin in any shape, size and colour, with scars, body hair, cellulite, all of it, so channel your inner godess or god, and be kind to yourself!

• Photography is not allowed, and phones are to be used only in appointed erea.

• Everyone who participates in our events has a duty of confidentiality towards everyone who is there. What is shared in the events, is between those who participate, and stays there.
