Group Discussion - Cyclical Living: Reconnecting with the Rhythms of Body and Nature

Tirsdag 30. september klokken 18:00 - 20:00

Mashti Community, Oslo

Doors open from 17:30, please arrive before 17:50

Within each of us lies deep cyclical wisdom. The body, the moon, the seasons, and the menstrual cycle all hold knowledge that can guide us toward balance, creativity, and authenticity. When we live in tune with these rhythms instead of pushing against them, we open the door to more ease and rest, self-understanding and creative power.

In this discussion, we will explore how cyclical awareness shapes our energy, our bodies, and the way we create and connect. We will weave together knowledge of menstrual cycles, lunar phases, and seasonal archetypes, while also reflecting on the creative powers and insights these cycles bring forth.

Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, embodied sexuality, and nature-based practices, I will share stories and reflections while inviting dialogue throughout. Together, we will explore how cycles can support us in breaking away from shame, embracing embodiment, and rediscovering our natural rhythm.

This group discussion is a space for an intimate group of about 20 people for open-hearted sharing and collective reflection. This space is open to all, whether you menstruate or not, if you are curious about reconnecting with nature, your body, and the cycles that shape us all.
