Doors open from 17:30, please arrive before 17:50

Sexuality is more than a private matter, it is a source of energy, connection, and well-being that shapes how we feel, relate, and thrive.

This discussion invites you to explore how nurturing sexual health can enhance your overall physical, emotional, mental, and social wellness.

We will be gathering as a small group of up to 20 people in an intimate and fertile space. We invite anyone who has been longing for a safe, intimate space to listen and ask. . It's a soft landing for those with questions, and a fertile ground for those with stories and tools to offer.

Expect a thoughtful dialogue that combines professional insight with opportunities for shared reflection. Whether you are curious about your own sexuality, seeking new perspectives on intimacy, or interested in understanding sexual health in a safe, non-judgmental space, this event will provide tools and perspectives you can carry into your everyday life.

All identities, experiences, and comfort levels are respected. Come ready to listen, share if you wish, and leave with fresh ideas on how sexuality can be appreciated not only as a private aspect of life but also as a vital resource for personal and relational growth.

Together, we will explore questions like:

  • The ways sexual wellbeing can strengthen overall health.
  • Why acknowledging sexuality as a resource enriches our relationships and personal growth.
  • How does our sexual health impact our overall well-being, both mentally and physically?
  • How do societal taboos and misconceptions about sexuality affect our ability to fully integrate it into our holistic health?
  • Why is it important to view sexual health as an ongoing journey rather than a fixed state, and how can this perspective improve our quality of life?

Host

Stine has worked as a registered nurse for over a decade and recently completed her postgraduate degree in sexology at the University of Agder. With a special interest in norm-breaking sexuality and the effects of minority stress, she approaches sexual health through a GSRD (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity) lens.

Stine emphasizes sexual health as a vital resource that enriches overall wellbeing, highlighting how openness, acceptance, and diversity in this field can positively influence all aspects of health and everyday life.

Stine, as a sexologist, will guide an open, inclusive conversation where we consider sexuality as an integral part of the human experience. Together, we’ll reflect on how embracing sexual well-being can support self-awareness, deepen relationships, and enrich daily life.
