This workshop is an invitation to explore safety, space, and presence in your own body. We practise grounding and boundaries as ongoing, lived skills- not something to master or ´get right`, but something to notice, feel, and return to.
We start with building a common understanding of what boundaries, grounding and nervous system safety can mean- not just ideas, but lived experiences in the body.
From there, we work with external resources — simple things in your environment that help you feel supported. As we go, you’ll be invited to gently notice your inner experience too, at whatever pace feels right for you.
Throughout, we stay within your window of tolerance: noticing what feels manageable, and pausing when it doesn’t. Nothing is forced, and everything is optional.
We will practice how to:
✨recognize what supports you externally
✨build a sense of safety before introspection
✨create internal space for sensations and emotions
✨hold yourself when something becomes intense
This is not about fixing your feelings or forcing precedes. It’s about developing tools and confidence to stay with your experience, step by step.
Facilitator Safety Agreements
🔥You are the master of your own experience.
🔥Everything in this workshop is an invitation, never an obligation.
🔥You choose what to share, and how much.
🔥We witness each other without trying to analyze or “help.”
🔥We focus on our own experience while remaining present with the group.
This is a space for curiosity, self-support, and personal agency — not performance, comparison, or pressure to open up.
Safety can be built.
Support can be learned.
Space can be created.
Come learn how to take up space in your body and support your own safety — with resources you can return to at any time, inside or outside yourself.
About facilitator
Rather than listing credentials or past experiences, I invite you to understand how I hold space. My focus is on maintaining a grounded, steady atmosphere where participants can access their own wisdom though allowing the nervous system to breathe and settle.
While I tend to the overall environment, each participant remains the keeper of their own journey. I simply open the gates and tend to the space so that whatever arises can do so without interference. What you bring- you carry. What you discover- you own. This boundary protects the space from becoming a place where people passively consume someone else's process, and allows everyone to meet their own truth with clarity.
