Grief in Motion

In this workshop, death doula Liza Berenfeld and movement practitioner Aurelie Cayla will investigate the meaning of grief as a tool for growth.

We will talk, play, move, and create rituals connecting us to who/what we loved and lost.

You are warmly welcomed as you are, whether you are a curious grief explorer or going through loss.

We all are losing someone or something we love during our lifetime. Loss invites grief, whether it is a dear person, pet, opportunity, relationship, changing country, becoming a parent, or losing hope in a safe future.

PLEASE wear warm socks and comfortable clothes.
