Tilt improv festival presents:

Improv workshop by Nick Byrne (AUS)!

"Unconditional Improv"
Suitable for all people, whether improvisers or not, who want to have more satisfying experiences in on-stage or off-stage relationships. How much do you really care about your scene partner? Concerned with the idea that we know we want to embrace the offers of others, “Unconditional Improv” has a focus on our scene partner, listening, observing, endowing them, etc, BUT these are practical measures to merely emulate truly caring about them. These techniques do work, but in this workshop, Nick reveals a range of games and exercises that more directly and honestly causes us to genuinely care about our scene partners, our audience, and ourselves, without effort, so that practical skill sets, like embracing and responding to their offers, will occur completely naturally, as a default behaviour. Unconditional Improv is a platform for good performance and for healthy group dynamics that influence good performance. It's what we do when we perform at our best.
Level: All experience levels.
This workshop will be in English.
