MACARON masterclass (ENG) 15/04/2023

MACARON masterclass where you will learn everything you need to know about the popular french cookie while making them by yourself.
Will prepare classic shells and 2 types of fillings.
In the masterclass you’ll get all the necessary skills to create these cookies at home and the master will tell you all the mistakes that could be made in the preparation of this product and a recipe will be issued to everyone at the end of the masterclass.

Each participant will have a box of cooked confectionery, recipe and good mood.

To be sure you repeat the same at home, typical home kitchen equipment is used in the masterclass process.

Cooking studio is 20 minutes (by feet) away from the center of Riga.
Masterclass takes place in Gastronomijas Instituts Brīvības street 93, Riga.
