LEGO Serious Play Facilitator Training

You would like to learn how to apply LEGO® Serious Play® to your practice? This methodology is for you if you are working as a leader, coach, trainer, facilitator or a consultant.

Essentially anybody who needs to communicate a lot with people can gain additional skills from the training of LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation methodology. The training focuses on the skills of a participative leader - somebody who truly empowers their teams. LEGO® Serious Play® tool-set will give skills for better meetings and interactions.

What is included in the price?
The course fee covers contents of two training days, a course manual and a copy of our Serious Work book. Tea, coffee, snacks and working lunch throughout the training days. Coaching for preparing for your first self-designed workshop.

My background?
I have used LEGO® Serious Play® methodology since 2005, facilitating using the methodology in Fortune 500 firms, international organizations, government and startups.

In 2009 I founded SeriousPlayPro.com community, which now gathers more than 3000 LEGO® Serious Play® practitioners worldwide. Throughout years, I have been one of the most active members of the global community of LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators.

I am part of Serious Work team, who have trained leaders worldwide on LEGO Serious Play methodology. Among the trainees are: the LEGO Foundation, Google, Cathay Pacific, IBM, Accenture, EY and the NHS.

I have myself delivered training on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for people working at Bosch, European Commission, Kemira, Nordea, Oxford Said Business School, Puig (Carolina Herrera), SABIC, Salesforce, Samsung, SEB, and many others.

I am a co-author of the book Serious Work. How to Facilitate LEGO Serious Play Meetings and Workshops that explains how LEGO® Serious Play® works in practice.

In addition to my LSP credentials, I am also certified executive coach (Erickson ACTP), have PhD degree in innovation management (University of St.Gallen). I work as an associate professor at Estonian Business School. Alongside with business and academic stuff, I also love to play. :o)
