For one night, Chef Gabrielius Zajac invites you to his version of a Mexican family dinner - a menu inspired by the flavours, traditions and generosity of Mexican cuisine. Expect vibrant street food, dishes cooked over fire, fresh ingredients, homemade salsas, and plenty of plates made for sharing.
There are no rules tonight. Try a little of everything, ask questions, swap dishes with the person next to you, and don't be shy about going back for another taco.
Good food has a way of bringing people together. We hope you'll leave with a full stomach, a few new favourites, and the feeling that you've spent the evening around a family table.

Chipa Guazú - Traditional Paraguayan cornbread served warm with jalapeño butter and ancho chili butter.
Antojitos – Mexican Sharing Table
In Mexico, these little bites are known as Antojitos —"little cravings."
Blue Corn Tostada - Smoked duck, chorizo, avocado salsa, and charred red onion.
Corvina Crudo - Fresh corvina with salsa macha, mango, grapefruit, watermelon–cherry dressing, and red corn totopos.
Birria Taco - Slow-braised beef cheek with ancho chili and mozzarella treccia.
