Meno erdvės VILEIŠIO18, Vilnius
We invite you to the final public performance of the international Theatre Camp within the Creative Communities Acceleration Program (CCAP).
For seven days, theatre artists from Belarus and Sweden have been working together in Vilnius, exploring theatre as a tool for dialogue, community resilience, and democratic expression. During the residency the participants developed a collective performance inspired by literature, personal experiences, and reflections on freedom of expression.
The performance will also incorporate digital and audiovisual elements, exploring how contemporary technologies can expand theatrical storytelling and audience experience.
Among the participants:
• Charissa Martinkauppi — Swedish-Finnish-British director and writer creating playful and politically engaged theatre and film.
• Martina Viglietti — performer and theatre maker working in physical and fringe theatre, based in Stockholm.
• Harón Sanchez — theatre practitioner working with Forum Theatre in schools across Sweden and in Stockholm’s independent theatre scene.
• Maria Lindeberg — actor and cultural producer involved in contemporary performing arts and festival projects.
• Alina Martynava — theatre and screen actress working within artistic research and performative practices.
• Cristina Grekova — actress, performer, writer, and stand-up comic working with experimental and social theatre.
• Nadzeya Sheibak — theatre director and performer combining documentary theatre, physical performance, and performative research.
The residency is guided by invited experts:
• Nicole Chufi — audiovisual artist and experiential designer exploring the emotional edges of sound, image, and immersive technologies.
• Dzmitry Rachkouski — theatre educator, director, and actor with over 20 years of experience across theatre, film, and cultural projects.
Together they have created a performance that blends theatre, collective storytelling, and digital tools, reflecting on the role of art in society today.
