Sushimon Sushi & Wine restaurant • Tartu maantee 47, Tallinn, Estonia
This event is the perfect interlude to Japan Night held later in the evening. We are serving traditional Estonian food (rye bread; pea soup; black pudding) in the form of sushi. The food is paired with utterly unique alcoholic beverages that range from apple ice wine and rhubarb sparkling wine to apple brandy. The event includes food and presentation by Sushimon owner and chef Maria Lilje and beverages selected by pommelier (cider sommelier) Kaire Jakobson, the only one in the Baltic States.
It will be a two-hour-adventure into the homey flavours of Estonia. It is not going to be posh, and it is not going to be fine dining. It will be savage and authentic.
Price includes both food and drinks.
