If we think of Estonian cuisine, first is our sauerkraut, roast pork, blood sausage and kama, aka, the roasted meal. Often, we underestimate the diversity of domestic cuisine and the opportunities for our cuisine in modern culinary dishes. During the course, we will think together, and we will look for new outlets for "the good old” Estonian food. We will prepare a four-course gourmet dinner from local raw materials while respecting old ones and introducing new preparation techniques.

Whitefish tartare with ash potatoes and creamy egg quenelles
Rutabaga (swede/turnip) consommé with mushroom
Slow roasted pork belly with seasonal vegetables
Soft pavlova with sour cream snow

The course lasts 4 hours. The price includes: 4 course dinner cooked together, coffee, tea, water, welcoming drink and half a bottle of wine per participant. If you like, it's possible to buy additional wine, cocktails or other drinks at your own cost. If you'd like to stay there longer than the prescribed 4 hours, then it's possible to do so at your own cost.

1) 3 November from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
