Everyone knows red wines should be served in “room temperature”, while whites & bubble should be served “cold”! But just what does “cold” and “room temperature” really mean?
Let’s find out! With the help of our friends at Liebherr and the World Champ Raimonds Tomsons we have prepared a little investigation – a fine red Bordeaux will be served both at 21c and 16c, while a great champagne will be served at 14c and 8c for you to compare and vote!
