A Space to Listen Within: Cacao Ceremony and Gong Sound Healing

You are warmly invited to a Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing Journey in Oslo on the new moon, May 16th 🌑🇳🇴

The New Moon is a threshold, a quiet opening where something new can emerge. Together, we create a space to slow down and turn inward.

To meet what is, as it is, it is important to listen within; to be open, and to open the field. From this space, the love of the cacao and the vibrations of the instruments will allow the body and system to move into alignment and healing.

During the evening we’ll move through:

✨ Opening of the space and gentle grounding
✨ Short sharing in pairs (optional) to land in your own process
✨ Ceremonial cacao
✨ Guided sound journey with gongs, drums, chimes and other instruments
✨ Time for integration and optional sharing

The journey is inward. 

Arrive as you are. There is nothing to perform, nothing to achieve.

You are invited to meet whatever arises with curiosity, and without needing to change it.

At the same time, we keep the space simple and clear: You are responsible for your own experience, and you are not here to carry or fix anyone else.

📍 Where: Stillepunkt (Akersveien 19, entrance up the stairs in the backyard)

🕓 Time: 16:00 – 19:00 (doors open 15:45)

Bring:

✨ Comfortable clothes

✨ Optional journal and pen

Exchange:

450 kr per ticket.

A few early bird tickets are available until the end of April.
