For those who wish to enjoy Fotografiska’s holiday palette at home, in the countryside or on a deserted island, we joyfully announce that you now have the opportunity! Taking into account our concept, we have gathered an array of seasonal flavours and put together a beautiful selection of dishes – it certainly does not matter if you are with four friends or twenty-four colleagues. The only rule is to plan your mealtime at a location with an oven or better yet – open fire.
And maybe a few pots and pans as well.

Chicken liver paté with oven-baked apple jelly

Salted Whitefish chips
Cauliflower roasted with Harissa
Duck shank seasoned with juniper salt and citrus peel

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Receiving orders:
Holiday flavours can be ordered from 13.12 – 29.12.
Orders are received at Fotografiska’s café in between 9:00 – 20:00.
First date to receive: 17.12.
Orders are not given out from 24.12 – 25.12.

Keep in mind that the food must be kept refrigerated until serving.

Nutritional information:
Unfortunately, we cannot makes changes in the menu.
The menu contains gluten and lactose.

Baskets that have been paid for and not picked up are donated to The Food Bank.
You also have the opportunity to donate so that everyone’s festive setup can get a dignified replenishment.
