A young woman born in independent, post-occupation Estonia sings of the Soviet residue that pollutes the minds of some of her fellow countrypersons and restrains feminist progress. The Kaisa Ling Thing paints a vaudevillian blues portrait of modern life on Russia's doorstep.

Kaisa Ling Thing will come to Tallinn straight from a two-week run at the largest art festival in the world, the Edinburgh Fringe.
