Tallinna vanalinn • Raekoja plats 1, Harju, Estonia

Online ticket sales has ended.

The Tallinn Guides Association invites you to hear the Christmas stories of the Old Town!

Rediscover the festive Old Town decorated for the holidays, and come for a walk with a qualified guide to hear the exciting stories about Christmas 600 years ago and today. While walking around the Old Town you will learn where the Hanseatic merchants got spices for making gingerbread, how the Christmas feasts were held and how the first Christmas tree was brought to the Town Hall Square, and many other stories.

The tour will give you a full picture of Christmas in the heart of Tallinn through the ages. Children and families are very welcome! The excursions take place outdoors and are therefore contact-free.

The tours are in Estonian, Russian and English, and last up to 1.5 hours. The tours will take place on Saturday and Sunday starting at 2 pm. If you want to book a tour at a convenient time for you, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will find a solution for you.

An adult ticket costs 10 euros, children (6-12 years) are 5 euros, little ones are free of charge. We recommend that you buy a ticket in advance from the FIENTA ticket sales environment, but it is also possible to buy a ticket in cash from the guide. In this case, please bring the exact change so that the start of the tour is not delayed.

The meeting place with the guide for the start of the tour is in front of the Town Hall, under the clock. You will recognise the guide by the flag of the Tallinn Guides Association.
