In the 2022/2023 season, the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (ERSO) and Olari Elts, principal conductor of the orchestra, will be bringing to the audience six concert series: ‘MAESTRO’, ‘PIANO CONCERTO’, ‘ROMANCE’, ‘AUDIO SPA’, ‘SYMPHONIC LUNCHES’, and, for the first time, ‘PURE GOLD’, which features the best-known creators of the classical music world and their works. This season, the most outstanding interpreters of the younger generation of Estonia as well as first-class musicians from other parts of the world will be performing with our orchestra. As usual, there are four concerts in each series, with the exception of the daytime concert series ‘Symphonic Lunches’, which will take place seven times.

The series will take place in the Estonia Concert Hall, except for the ‘Audio Spa’ series, which will take the audience to discover new exciting concert venues this year.

AUDIOSPAA
ERSO sounds bring peace of mind. The late-night concert series focuses on relaxing music, warp night sounds and minimalism. NB! The concerts start at 9 p.m.

MAESTRO
Maestros of the music world in front of ERSO and masterpieces performed by ERSO.

PURE GOLD
The most famous and beloved works by Viennese classics and other great masters will be performed.

ROMANCE
Major works of the Romantic era will be performed, we will celebrate the anniversary of ERSO and host the Latvian National Orchestra.

PIANO CONCERT
The best pianists and beloved piano concerts.

SYMPHONY LUNCH
A breathtaking lunch break. Thursday lunch concerts will present the best choice for Friday night's program.

There are four concerts in each series, but the daily concert series "Symphonic Lunches" includes seven concerts. As has been the practice for many years, ERSO concerts often include a pre-concert or a pre-concert thematic discussion.

With the opening concert of ERSO's new concert series "Song of the Earth" "Echo of Lost Forests", Olari Elts and ERSO focus on the forest theme. Estonian bassoon soloist Martin Kuuskmann, who lives in America, will premiere a bassoon concerto by Icelandic composer Páll Ragnar Pálsson, commissioned by ERSO.
