YAO COMMUNITY GATHERING

Once a month we come together to connect, share and create, witness and letting ourselves be witnessed in who we are and how far we've come on our journeys. Feeling the beauty and magic of community.

On this full moon HAMSA Yoga is opening their doors for us.
The intention is to gather with the loving plant medicine of cacao, be together and sing, and connect from a place of presence and truth with the beautiful CIRCLING practice. We will be having the blessing to welcome two beautiful souls, Nora and Lucas, who are bringing their spiritual wisdom, voices and music to co-create with us.

Please bring your favorite vegan dish for our potluck buffet at the end of the event. We will provide high grade organic and fair-trade raw cacao.
