WA?AG & OPK-9 present: RHYTHM COLLISION
A new concept taking you on a multi genre musical journey.
We brought some wonderful artists together to guide you through many different levels of music and dance.
HELDER will be responsible for opening this night with a soft and gentle sonic wave, showcasing how ambient music can from a blank canvas, ready for your mind and body to fill it, freeing our minds from worldly sorrow and taking us back to the now.
Next up we'll prepare ourselves for a first dance, guided by our very own multi genre loving STICKY, his selection will loosen our feet and prepare us for the other artists playing our event.
VERS is next, also a very talented multigenre artist, with great selection to take us even further and deeper into the dance. As a KIOSK radio resident, he knows how to select the tunes you want to dance to.
OPK-9 will be playing after VERS, who’s love for music really shows in the performance he'll bring for you. He won’t play as a DJ, but as a LIVE producing techno artist. Every sound you will hear will be made in that moment. Expect great grooves and tearing synths coming from colorful machines and rhythm boxes.
After that we will welcome FIGURES to lead us on another yet crazy rhythmical journey. As owner of Antwerp’s TRAUM club he truly knows what matters on the dancefloor. A true underground master with unpayable knowledge of the dance.
And last but not least yet another WA?AG beast, known as BREAKS OVER BRAKES. Two aspiring junglists with yet another wonderful selection. They are here to set the dancefloor on fire, tear us apart and leave us completely exhausted after the toughest jungle you'll manage to hear.
For those who'll make it till the end. We'll officially close the night and circle with another ambient session, this one is for us to cool down and make us leave with warm and full hearts.
As for your eyes, they will also be pleased with visuals and video mapping by our dear friend SYKONE <3.
Come, get loose, feel the collision.
