Did you miss our One-Day Festival in September but really wish you’d been there? Or were you there and want a little taste of that magic again?
Here we go! ✨
On October 17th, we’re bringing some of our team and facilitators together with Frifelt to create another beautiful experience. We’ve been longing for that energy that happens when we gather, when we share, move, dance, eat, and connect with each other.
This time, we’re joining forces for a full day and night of music, movement, food, connection, and community, bringing a little piece of the festival back to life before Frifelt takes us into the night.
Frifelt is a club concept curated and produced by Oslo based audiovisual company Shepherd Sound Systems. Frifelt upholds a high quality and integrity in their events, and focus on groove, warmth and an holistic arch to the journey of the night
We’ll be gathering at Tað, a beautiful venue in Skøyen with plenty of space to move, dance, chill, and rest.
☀️ MASHTI // 12:00 - 19:00

🫖 11:30 | Doors Open & Persian Tea
Come early, meet each other, and ease into the space with a warm cup of Persian tea. Bring your own cup, tea will only be served in your own cup.
🧘🏽♀️12:00 | Techno Yoga by Juliette our yoga teacher and DJ AB
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and maybe your rave outfit? We’ll start the day by moving, breathing, and building some energy together. This isn’t a traditional yoga practice. Expect something playful, free, and a little different. No experience or perfect poses needed.
Juliette is a Chicago-born, Oslo-based yoga teacher with 15 years of practice and nearly five years of teaching experience. She loves helping people get out of their heads and into their bodies through playful, intuitive movement.
🪩 13:00 | From Yoga to Dance with DJ AB
The yoga ends, but the music doesn’t. We turn the space into a dance floor and keep moving.
Anne Brit is an Oslo-based DJ with years of experience playing festivals and unconventional dance floors. Moving between progressive house and techno, she brings a psychedelic, retro flair to her sets keeping the energy up and the dance floor moving.
🍛 14:00 | Persian Lunch - Serving ends at 14:45
We’ll be serving Fesenjoon, a Persian walnut and pomegranate stew made with love by Homa our Persian founder. Choose between the traditional version with chicken or a vegan version with soy meatballs, both served with rice.
Fesenjoon contains walnuts and pomegranate sauce, its two main ingredients, and cannot be made without them. If you’re allergic to walnuts, please bring your own meal.
🧸 15:00 | Cuddle Workshop & Cuddle Puddle by Raymond
The Cuddle Workshop is a sober and non-sexual space, focused on consent, connection, comfort, and platonic touch. We slow things down and explore intimacy and closeness, with ourselves and with each other. Wear something comfy and come as you are.
Raymond is a clinical psychologist specializing in Emotion-Focused Therapy, as well as an emerging handpan player and DJ. He’s passionate about love, intimacy, belonging, and creating warm, inclusive spaces for connection.
🎷18:00 | Social Jamming with some familiar faces from our festival
Time to connect, play, meet new people, and share some of that Mashti energy. You don’t need to be a musician to join!If you are, bring your instrument along. If not, grab one of ours and find your way into the jam.
19:00 | Mashti Program Ends
You’re welcome to stay in the cuddle puddle, keep experimenting with Social Jamming, or join Frifelt’s vorspiel until 21:00. If you have an evening ticket, stay with us as the space transitions into Frifelt and the night begins. You can also purchase an evening ticket before the event starts, if it’s not already sold out.
